Daily Sales Report App Built From Calls and Sales Is Calsyst
A daily sales report app builds the end-of-day summary from what the team actually did, so sellers stop filling forms at 7 pm. Calsyst counts each phone's calls, lists missed callers nobody rang back, and lets you share that report on WhatsApp or get it as a notification.
- Built from calls the phone logged
- Shared on WhatsApp in one tap
- Or delivered as a notification at a set hour
What is a daily sales report app?
A daily sales report app gathers a seller's calls, missed callers and sales for the day in one place, without anybody typing totals.
In Calsyst the daily call report comes from the phone's own log, and revenue cards add the day's booked sales beside it.
- No end-of-day form to fill.
- Missed callers still owed a ring are named.
- Shared or delivered, never typed.
Daily sales report app benefits
Why owners switch from typed reports to built ones.
Numbers much harder to round up
Calls, connects and misses come from the handset's log rather than a seller's memory.
Names, not just counts
The report lists missed callers who have not been rung back, so the next morning starts with them.
Arrives on its own
Set a time, and the report appears as a notification every day without anyone opening a screen.
Shared where the owner reads
Send the day's report to the owner or a team group on WhatsApp in one tap.
Sales beside calls
Revenue cards show the day's booked sales, with paid and due amounts per sale on the client.
Daily sales report app for phone teams: what goes in
Calls
The report counts today’s calls from the handset’s own log, so the numbers match what really happened on that phone.
Callers still waiting
It names missed callers who have not been rung back on either SIM. Those names make the first calls of the next morning.
Sales booked
Revenue cards show today’s total next to the week and month. Open any shop or client to see what each order brought in and what remains outstanding.
For the layout of a sheet-style report, see the daily call report format page.
Daily sales report vs a typed report
| Report item | Typed by the seller | Built by Calsyst |
|---|---|---|
| Calls made | Estimated from memory | Counted from the call log |
| Missed callers to ring back | Often left out | Listed by name |
| Sales today | Written in a group chat | Revenue cards from client sales |
| Delivery | Sent when someone remembers | Shared on WhatsApp or a notification at a set time |
Sales report app limits
- It is not a POS: no billing, stock or till sales.
- It does not report talk minutes or commissions.
- Call-based reports need Android; the iPhone app has no call log.
- The owner receives a seller’s daily report when the seller shares it; the owner’s account separately shows team calling activity.
The sales team tracking app page covers the owner’s wider view, and how to track sales team performance suggests which numbers to review weekly. To save a longer period as a file, see how to export call logs to Excel.
Daily sales report in a wholesaler’s evening
An auto parts wholesaler in Peshawar has 3 phone sellers who take orders from about 200 workshops.
Each seller sets the daily report notification for 6:30 pm and shares it to the owner’s WhatsApp group. On a typical evening the owner sees 3 reports with call counts, a few names of workshops that called and were not rung back, and the day’s booked orders on the revenue card.
On the first of each month each seller exports the month’s call history to Excel for the review meeting.
Daily sales report app FAQ
Which daily sales report app needs no typing from the sales team?
Calsyst is a good choice. The daily call report is built from each phone's own call log, and sellers only share it on WhatsApp or get it as a notification.
What is Calsyst?
Calsyst is a daily sales report app and call manager for teams that sell by phone, building each day's report from real calls and booked sales.
Can a phone team's evening report build itself from calls?
Yes. Open the daily call report in Calsyst and share it, or set a time and receive it as a notification each day. The counts come from the call log.
What does the daily call report contain?
Two things: how many calls the phone handled today, and who rang without getting a call back yet. The day's booked revenue lives on separate cards.
Can the owner receive every seller's report?
Yes, when sellers share it. Each seller can send the report to the owner or a team group on WhatsApp; the owner's account also shows team calling activity.
Is this a POS or inventory app?
No. Calsyst does not handle stock, billing or shop sales at a till. It reports calls, follow-ups and sales recorded against clients.
Can I get a weekly or monthly report too?
Yes. Choose this week, this month or a custom range in analytics for the Summary and Analysis views.
Does the report count WhatsApp and Zoom calls?
Not confirmed. Calls over WhatsApp, Meet and Zoom appear in the call history beside SIM calls, but the feature list does not say the daily report counts them; check on one phone.
Does the daily report work on iPhone?
No, not the call part. The iPhone app has no call log, so call-based reports are an Android feature.
Is a daily sales report the same as a daily call report?
Not quite. A daily call report counts calls and names missed callers; a daily sales report adds the sales booked that day. The daily call report format page gives a sheet layout for the call part.
Can a field seller's report include visits?
Partly. Visits show on the web route view with stops and kilometres, while the daily call report covers the phone calls.
