This policy explains what the Calsyst app and the calsyst.live website collect, why, and what you can do about it. Calsyst is a product of AIodify. Questions go to company@aiodify.com.
What the app collects
- Account details: the phone number or email you sign in with, verified by a one-time code.
- Calls and contacts: as your phone app, Calsyst reads the device call log and contacts to show names, history and call details. Calls you choose to back up are stored in your account. The SIMs, hours and numbers that back up follow the rules you set.
- Business records you create: leads, statuses, remarks, notes, reminders, paid clients, products, templates and files in My Docs.
- Call recordings: Calsyst does not record calls. If you allow it, or if the owner of a company phone turns it on, recordings made by the phone's own recorder are imported and uploaded to the account.
- WhatsApp data: messages, templates, media and recipient numbers that you send through your WhatsApp Business API provider, and the chats in the WhatsApp CRM inbox.
- Attendance data: punch times, breaks, a live selfie at each punch and the location of the punch.
- Live location for field staff: only after the employee turns it on behind a consent screen, and only between punch in and punch out (or branch closing time). Points are taken every 15 seconds and pause during breaks.
- Technical data: a push notification token and a diagnostic log that stays on the phone until you share it with support.
How the data is used
The data runs the features you use: calling, the call log, CRM records, reminders, WhatsApp messages, attendance and reports, plus backup and restore on a new phone. Data is not sold and is not used for advertising.
Who can see it
- Inside a business account, the owner and the admins they appoint can see team calls, records, attendance and routes, as the account settings allow.
- Your WhatsApp API provider and Meta receive the messages you send through them.
- If you turn on the optional online caller lookup, unknown numbers are checked against an online source.
- If the AI first call is set up on the Web CRM, new leads are called by an AI voice agent and the call result is stored on the lead.
- Hosting and notification providers process data only to run sign-in, sync, storage and notifications.
- Data is disclosed where the law requires it.
Storage and security
Data travels over encrypted connections. A local copy stays on the phone for speed and offline use. No system is perfectly secure, so protect your phone with a screen lock.
Your choices and rights
- Delete single records in the app, exclude numbers from backup, or turn off live location at any time.
- Ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion of your account by writing to company@aiodify.com.
- Employers who track staff must tell employees and follow the rules of their own country.
Children
Calsyst is a business app and is not meant for children under 13.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes too. Large changes are also shown in the app.
