A miss hurts most when it sinks out of sight. Calsyst puts three things in front of the seller straight after it.
An alert that already knows the caller
The notification names the person from your own leads, clients or contacts. Two buttons ring them back, one per SIM; a third opens WhatsApp. Nobody scrolls the history hunting for the number.
A reply while your hands are full
Write the missed-call text once. From then on Calsyst delivers it after every miss: silently when an API account is linked, or as a ready WhatsApp draft when it is not. The page on the WhatsApp message after a call also covers texts for answered calls.
A Home list that clears only on a ring-back
Home holds each missed number that nobody has phoned back on either card. Return the call and the row goes; remove it yourself if the miss needs no answer. The full view sits behind the Not called back filter in the call history manager.

Can a manager check which missed calls were never returned?

What if a missed number does not need a call back?
Remove it from the Home list. The call stays in history, but it no longer counts as waiting.
